This style of fighting was originated from the Korean art Taekwondo. The competition is light to full contact. The targets are your opponent’s body, head and face to receive a point. The amount of contact is based on your age and rank level. There is no face punching in Olympic Taekwondo but high-level head kicking is encouraged!
